Radiesse®
Radiesse® is a synthetic injectable filler that has been FDA-approved to reduce moderate to severe wrinkles, folds and creases around the nose and mouth by augmenting the skin's natural collagen supply. Radiesse® is composed of microspheres in a water-based gel. The microspheres - made of a substance called calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) - stimulate the production of collagen to smooth lines and wrinkles as well as add younger-looking suppleness to the face. Radiesse® is made from minerals similar to what makes up our bones. There is no need for pre-treatment allergy testing, and it is absorbed naturally by the body over time.
Treatments typically take 15 minutes and require only local anesthetic. Results are visible immediately after the injection and can last for months or years, although the procedure can be repeated as often as you wish.

BOTOX® Cosmetic is the most popular cosmetic procedure in the country and one of our most requested services. Quick, safe and effective, BOTOX® reduces or eliminates facial lines and wrinkles for up to six months with no downtime and little to no discomfort.
The best candidates for BOTOX® are men and women seeking an enhanced appearance with fewer wrinkles. In addition, it is important that those seeking treatment are in good physical health, are not pregnant or nursing, and do not have a neuromuscular disorder. People seeking BOTOX® injections should have realistic expectations regarding this procedure's abilities and should discuss their desired goals with Dr. Neiman beforehand.
Through a series of tiny injections, BOTOX® gives you a rejuvenated look by smoothing crow's feet beneath the eyes, frown lines between the eyebrows, horizontal lines across the forehead, worry lines around the mouth, and lines on the neck. The procedure only takes a few minutes and requires no anesthetic. Results appear within 24 hours and typically last four months or longer.
Collagen
Collagen is a naturally occurring protein found in the second layer of skin (the dermis) which "plumps up" the skin, joints, bones and ligaments. Injections counteract the effects of gravity, sun exposure and years of facial muscle movement by filling out sunken areas and smoothing lines for a rejuvenated look.
Collagen injections can be administered in Dr. Neiman's office and usually take 30 to 60 minutes to perform. During the procedure, a small amount of local anesthesia may be injected to help numb the area and minimize pain from the collagen injection. The collagen is then injected into the targeted area as decided upon during a previous consultation with Dr. Neiman.
Although mild swelling and bruising may occur, there is usually no downtime after collagen injections, and patients are able to return to work and other normal activities immediately after treatment. Results may begin to fade in a few months, depending on the patient's age, genetic background, skin quality and lifestyle, so collagen injections are often combined with facial resurfacing or plastic surgery for a more satisfying and longer-lasting outcome.
Photorejuvenation
Photrejuvenation uses Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) to rejuvenate the skin and reduce the appearance of fine wrinkles, large pores, acne scarring, facial veins, sun spots and rosacea. While most of these conditions are considered harmless, patients are often bothered by their appearance and seek treatments to restore the look of their skin and their self-confidence. Treatments stimulate tissue beneath the skin surface, increasing fibroblast and collagen production for a fuller, younger appearance.
During the procedure, a cold gel is applied to the targeted area before the IPL device gently delivers pulses of light to the skin. A local anesthetic may be used to relieve discomfort, but most patients are able to tolerate this procedure. Each treatment session takes about 20 minutes to perform in Dr. Neiman's office.
The procedure is quick and involves little to no downtime, earning it the nickname "lunchtime peel". Usually three to four treatments spaced three weeks apart are required for full effects. A consultation will determine whether your skin type and condition are treatable with IPL technology.
